Bubble Tip Anemones can exhibits a variety of tentacle shapes, from extremely "bulbed" to long flowing with almost no discernible widening at the tip, and just because they sit one way in our systems, doesn't mean they won't sit differently under different conditions. We have not been able to determine any discernible ideas as to what causes them to trend one way versus another. BTAs integrate well into a reef as long as you're aware of the risk; every few weeks to months it seems many will move to try out a new spot and any corals in it's path risks some chemical warfare in the process. It's also important to realize that when looking at Aquacultured Anemones, they are often so accustomed to spittle regularly that they can reproduce much more/faster than desired.
