Return Policy

Timeframe

All returns must be organized and discussed within 10 days of the arrival of your order.

Defective / damaged in shipping

Any defective items OR items damaged in shipping transit can be returned for a full refund.

It is solely up to the judgment of Detroit Reef Club to determine whether or not an item has in fact, been damaged during transit and / or is in fact, defective.

Livestock

Livestock cannot be returned, unless prior authorization has given.

If you're having an issue with an compatibility, livestock out growing your tank, or just need to do some trimming and you would like to inquire, we will do our best to help!

Used / open items

Fish Foods, perishables, and any dry goods that have been open or used cannot be returned.

Please reach out with any issues, or malfunctions in equipment and we will work with the manufacturer to get any problems solved.
