Lugol’s Solution is a source of Iodine, and can be used as an additive, applied directly to your tank to maintain Iodine in your water column. This is particularly beneficial to Soft Corals. We also use Lugol’s solution as an antiseptic dip at a concentration of 20 drops to a gallon on Corals for 5 Minutes or less.
